A responsive climate display proves that some controls are operating; it does not prove that the blower circuit is receiving and acting on the request. Describe whether there is no airflow at every setting or only at certain speeds.
Distinguish the complaint
Tell the workshop whether the fan can be heard, whether any outlet has airflow and whether the behaviour changes between manual and automatic settings. Include noises or smells already observed and recent cabin-filter, dashboard or electrical work. Do not repeatedly run a system that smells overheated.
What evidence supports a repair decision?
The technician needs to distinguish the control request, electrical supply, speed-control equipment and motor behaviour using the correct circuit information. A lit display alone cannot rule those areas in or out. Nor does a stopped fan prove that the climate panel is defective.

Confirm the assessment scope before purchasing a blower controller, particularly where several versions are listed for the same model.
