ECU, TCU and body module testing and repair
We test and assess engine control units, transmission controllers and body electronics, including BCM, BSI, FRM and SAM modules. Component-level repair means working on the circuit board and the electronic parts inside the unit.
Bench and circuit testing
Inspection and targeted checks of power supplies, communication circuits, inputs and output stages. We assess the reported fault and identify what can be verified on the bench.
Component-level repairs
Where repair is viable, work can include failed component replacement, power-supply or driver-circuit repairs, damaged tracks, solder joints and assessment of corrosion or liquid damage.
Module data and programming
Supported EEPROM and flash-data recovery, compatible donor cloning, coding and adaptation. The original data, hardware condition and vehicle requirements determine the available route.
After repair, we check the functions covered by the agreed test. Some faults and final setup still need the complete vehicle, so we explain any remaining checks before return.

Engineering experience behind the diagnosis
AXION is led by an avionics and electronics engineer with extensive industrial engineering experience. That background brings a methodical approach to difficult automotive faults, from understanding the circuit to checking how the complete system behaves.
A fault code is a starting point. Power supplies, grounds, signals, wiring and communication all matter. We use the symptoms and test evidence to work out what needs attention and which checks are still needed.
For garages, this means you can bring the scan report, measurements and work already completed into the assessment. For car owners, it means a clear explanation of the findings and the next practical step.

A clear process from the first conversation
1. Tell us what happens
Car owners can describe the symptoms in everyday language. Garages can send a scan report and completed checks. Include the vehicle details and when the problem occurs.
2. Agree the testing
We confirm the assessment scope, charge and whether we need the vehicle or a removed module. Bench testing and remote work are arranged where suitable.
3. Review the findings
We explain the findings, repair options and any further checks. The scope and price of additional work are agreed before it proceeds.
