A difference between reported cell-group voltages should be interpreted with charge level, load and temperature. The largest displayed difference at one moment does not, alone, identify a replaceable cell or prove the battery is unsafe.
Keep the complete data record
Provide the tool labels, units and whether the vehicle was charging, resting or driving. Screenshots without those details can invite false comparisons. Do not open the pack or attempt balancing based on an online threshold.
A qualified battery specialist should apply the manufacturer’s assessment criteria and decide what further evidence is needed. Ask how the measurement relates to the actual complaint. Repeated controlled observations can be more informative than a single extreme value captured during an unknown operating state.
