What changed before the warning?
Tell the garage whether the issue started after timing-chain or belt work, an engine replacement, an oil-pressure warning or electrical repairs. Include the exact replacement part details if they are available. Keep invoices and the original scan together so the sequence is clear.
For an intermittent concern, describe the temperature and operating condition when it happens. “Only after a hot restart” is more useful than “sometimes runs badly”. Do not keep running an engine with an oil-pressure warning or suspected mechanical timing problem to collect more data.
