No interior lights or normal dashboard response on entry should be compared with remote unlocking and other ordinary wake-up methods. A sleeping vehicle and one unable to respond to a valid request are different situations.
List which requests work
Record whether another door, the key button or normal start control changes the response. Include parking duration and low-voltage history. Do not repeatedly open and close everything while a workshop is attempting to observe parked behaviour.
The technician should identify the intended wake-up inputs and relevant supply paths. A silent vehicle does not prove its main ECU is dead. Send a clear sequence of requests and responses so assessment can distinguish a local door-status problem from a broader supply or network issue.
