Warm air in the cabin does not prove that windscreen demisting is working correctly. Describe whether the problem is weak airflow, air directed to the wrong outlets or persistent moisture despite the expected settings. These are different starting points for an assessment.
Compare the available functions
While safely parked, note the settings already used, whether airflow changes with fan speed and whether other outlets behave normally. Record outside conditions and whether the problem began after windscreen, dashboard or climate-system work. Avoid dismantling the dashboard to inspect unfamiliar components.
Keep visibility central to the decision
Do not drive with inadequate visibility simply to reproduce the fault. A climate assessment may need to consider airflow control, moisture and the heating or air-conditioning system together. A working heater alone does not justify replacing a control panel or dismissing the complaint.
Send AXION the model, year and precise behaviour before booking. Ask whether the initial appointment covers the fitted climate system and whether another specialist procedure is required. Include any existing fault report rather than clearing it after trying different settings.
