FX-888DX uses a rotary control and supports specified soldering handpieces. The standard and optional handpieces have different ratings, so the station should be quoted as an exact set. Tip selection and heat transfer matter when working on automotive circuit boards.
Check the setup before ordering
Confirm the UK voltage version, supplied handpiece and tips. Describe the board work and component sizes you handle. A soldering station alone is not a complete repair bench; suitable extraction, ESD precautions, inspection and a controlled repair process are also needed.
