A controller may require more than the immediate return of a supply before it resumes operation. Supervision logic and start-up conditions can affect when reset is released.

What to check next

Record the supply and reset behaviour together over the complete start-up event. Compare it with the intended power-management sequence and check for a rail that remains unstable. Measuring only the final voltage can miss the event that keeps the controller unavailable.

Send the start-up trace and any known condition that allows the module to recover.

Reset timing must be assessed against the fitted electronics. An arbitrary delay seen on another module is not a valid pass or fail limit.
