Heating that works during a journey but not during a scheduled departure is a distinct complaint. Record how preconditioning was requested: a vehicle schedule, remote app or immediate climate command. These are useful distinctions before a heater is suspected.
Check the model’s operating rules
Record the selected departure time, battery level and whether the car was connected to power. Tesla’s Model Y scheduling instructions illustrate that scheduled charging and preconditioning have defined settings; use your own model’s handbook rather than applying another car’s menus.
Keep a failed event record
Save the app’s response, the vehicle message and the time you checked the cabin. Explain whether the command was acknowledged or whether the app could not communicate at all. A remote connectivity problem needs different evidence from an accepted climate request that produces no heat.
For AXION, include the successful driving behaviour as well as the failed parked behaviour. Keep account passwords out of the enquiry. The initial assessment can then be directed toward the relevant control or thermal function without assuming the heating hardware must be replaced.
