An initial time estimate can change as the car and charger establish the session. Record the requested target, actual starting percentage and whether charging subsequently remains stable. An estimate changing on its own does not identify an onboard charger fault.

Before arranging work
A useful charging report keeps the vehicle message and charger message separate. It also distinguishes a rejected session from one that starts and then stops. Ask the equipment operator about its records when the issue involves a public or home charger.
