A heated-seat indicator that turns on and then switches off should be described separately from a seat that stays enabled but never warms. Record which seat is affected and whether the same behaviour occurs at every available heat level.
Keep the installation history
Mention seat removal, upholstery work, liquid spills or aftermarket accessories if relevant. Do not unplug or probe under-seat wiring casually. Safety-restraint equipment may be present alongside comfort wiring. Visible connector colours are not a substitute for a wiring diagram.
Compare the request with the result
The workshop needs to establish whether the command is accepted, whether a fault is recorded and how the fitted heating system responds. Automatic shutdown can be an important symptom without identifying the failed part. The controller, wiring and heated elements need the appropriate vehicle-specific checks.
Send AXION the exact vehicle and seat specification, the indicator sequence and any scan report. Avoid claiming a replacement seat module is required before inspection. If a repair is supported, ask how installation and final safety-related checks will be handled. Do not continue using a seat that becomes excessively hot or smells burnt.
