Remote status and physical charging are separate observations. An app failing to refresh can make a normal session appear stopped or unchanged. Check the car’s own display safely before treating an old app value as live vehicle data.
Preserve the update times
Record the app’s last refresh, vehicle connectivity indication and charging-point result. Do not share account passwords or full account screenshots in public repair enquiries. Consult the provider’s normal connectivity guidance for the particular service.
If the car genuinely stops charging, include that event separately. A workshop may need to distinguish telematics, account access and charging hardware. An offline app alone is not enough evidence to replace an onboard charger, battery controller or communications module.
