A charging limit that changes with a driver profile may be a saved-setting issue rather than a charging fault. Record the selected profile and limit shown in the car before comparing the behaviour with the app.
Check which setting is active
Use the owner’s manual to establish whether the vehicle saves charging preferences by driver, location or another condition. Avoid assuming that a value entered on one screen applies to every profile. Keep the software version if the behaviour recently changed.
If settings change unexpectedly despite correct operation, report the sequence and screenshots. The useful complaint is the specific value changing after a particular action, not simply that the battery will not fully charge. Hardware assessment should follow evidence of an actual charging-system fault.
