Fleet Repair Enquiry with Several Similar Vehicles

Similar fleet vehicles should still be identified individually. A fault found on one vehicle does not prove that every van with a similar warning needs the same component repair.

Keep records separate

Assign a vehicle reference to each scan, module label and symptom history. Note build, engine, software and conversion differences. Do not combine fault lists into one report that hides which vehicle produced each result.

For an AXION enquiry, describe common patterns while preserving individual evidence. Agree assessment and authorisation separately where scope differs. This helps a specialist identify a repeatable issue without turning a useful fleet trend into an unsupported blanket diagnosis or unnecessary parts order.
