Driver-monitoring systems can have operating conditions involving visibility and position, but a persistent warning needs model-specific interpretation. Adjusting the seat repeatedly is not a complete diagnostic test.
Record the message and conditions
Note camera-area obstructions, lighting and whether the warning began after trim or software work. Follow the manual’s normal positioning and cleaning guidance. Do not cover or disable monitoring to suppress the message.
If the warning remains, provide the exact wording and full system report. The technician should distinguish an unmet operating condition from installation or hardware concerns. Maintain normal driver attention and control; the system’s indication is not a substitute for assessing whether the vehicle can be operated safely.
