Identify the exact stage and preserve the tool’s preceding messages. Check file suitability, supported procedure and supply conditions, then assess whether recovery or electronics testing is appropriate. A repeatable failure at the same stage is useful evidence when accompanied by a complete log.

What to include with the fault report

Send the module label, original symptom and full programming report.

Do not diagnose a failed flash chip solely from this response. The context and controller implementation still matter.
