Electrical architecture can vary within a model range. A diagram that looks close may route a function through different controllers, supplies or connectors from the actual vehicle.
Confirm application details
Use the vehicle identification, build information and fitted options required by the service source. Record any known retrofit or replacement module. Do not guess a terminal assignment from a similar photograph.
If previous testing used uncertain information, tell the specialist. The next assessment should establish the correct circuit before repeating measurements or ordering parts. A convincing-looking topology is not proof of applicability. Matching the documentation to the vehicle is a practical part of diagnosis, especially when several apparently contradictory test results have accumulated.
