Losing every key requires a vehicle-specific and ownership-verified service route. The information needed differs from an ordinary spare-key request because the vehicle may be inaccessible or unable to move.
Prepare identity and vehicle details securely
Give the provider the make, model, year and location needed to discuss the job. Ask which ownership and identity documents it requires and provide them through its agreed private channel, not in public comments or photographs. Explain whether the vehicle is locked, parked in a restricted area or has previous security-module work.
Do not buy random used keys or remove immobiliser components before compatibility and the service route are confirmed. Ask whether mobile attendance, vehicle recovery or a workshop appointment is appropriate and what the quoted scope includes. If keys may have been stolen, tell the provider so it can explain supported security options. This is an authorised replacement enquiry, not a guide to bypassing the vehicle’s protection.
