For memories that require write enabling, accepting that step does not mean that new data has reached the array. The subsequent operation and verification still matter.
Interpreting the evidence
Review the full sequence and status information available from the supported tool. Compare read-back data with the intended file after the device has completed its operation. Separate an enable problem, a protected area and a write failure rather than reporting them all as a bad chip.
Keep this evidence
Provide the full programmer log rather than only the final error line.
Device-specific write controls must be respected. Do not remove protection without understanding the module data and authorised repair process.
Speak to AXION
For module programming and coding support, send your vehicle details and fault report. Workshop assessment is in Didcot, Oxfordshire. Suitable postal or remote work is confirmed before booking.
