A converted vehicle can have several electrical systems with different roles. Starter, leisure and charging arrangements must be identified before a warning is attributed to the original vehicle electronics.
Provide the conversion documentation
Keep wiring diagrams, equipment identities and installation changes. State whether warnings occur while driving, on hookup or after camping. Do not assume the leisure-battery display measures the starting supply.
The vehicle workshop and conversion specialist may need to coordinate their checks. Avoid moving connections between batteries or defeating protection. An enquiry should explain which system was active when the warning appeared and what has already been measured, allowing diagnosis to distinguish conversion equipment from the vehicle’s own supply and monitoring.
