A noticeable jolt during the change from electric propulsion to engine operation should be distinguished from ordinary engine sound or vibration. Record whether it happens every transition or only during the first start of the day.
Link the symptom to the transition
Useful details include speed, approximate load, battery indication and whether the engine then runs smoothly. Mention recent engine servicing, transmission work or software changes. The sensation alone cannot establish whether the cause is engine running quality, mounting, transmission control or another part of the hybrid system.
Avoid requesting an adaptation reset before the original behaviour has been documented. That can change the conditions without explaining the fault. Send any scan and previous test results with the enquiry. If the jolt is severe or causes unpredictable vehicle movement, discuss recovery rather than driving to reproduce it. Ask the workshop to state which operating transition its test actually evaluated.
