A hybrid can have more than one temperature-controlled system. A note saying coolant changed may not identify the circuit involved or the work performed.
How to approach the assessment
Provide the invoice and explain when the warning began. The assessor needs the correct system identity before linking a cooling concern to power electronics or engine operation. Do not top up an unidentified reservoir or mix fluids to test whether a warning disappears.
