A long first startup followed by quick restarts is a useful timing pattern. It may concern the system’s starting state rather than general slowness during every operation.
Time the actual sequence
Record when the vehicle is unlocked, when the screen appears and when controls become usable. Note connected storage devices, recent updates and any battery warnings. Avoid repeatedly waking the car before the workshop can observe the complaint.
The technician should compare the expected behaviour for the model and assess any associated faults. Do not install unofficial software or repeatedly disconnect the battery to shorten the delay. Verification should include the original parked interval, not only a restart immediately after the system was already operating.
