Two reports are most useful when they describe the same vehicle and show the relevant dates, mileage and module coverage. A shorter code list alone is not a complete repair record.
How to approach the assessment
Ask what changed and which findings remain unresolved. A scan complements physical inspection and required calibrations; it does not replace them. Keep the original report even when later records show no active faults.

- Explanation of remaining faults and completed work.
