The headline power printed on a charging station is not a promise that your car will draw that amount throughout the session. When reporting slow charging, a record over time is more useful than a single peak or a photograph taken near the end.
Describe the session conditions
Include the vehicle variant, starting battery percentage, outside temperature, journey before charging and any preconditioning used according to the handbook. Record elapsed time, energy delivered and the messages displayed. These details let the assessor compare the complaint with the vehicle’s expected behaviour.
A reduction is not automatically a failure
The question is whether the observed behaviour fits this vehicle and these conditions. Ask the workshop what comparison it will use. A charging curve from a different battery version or temperature is not a reliable pass-or-fail standard.
If power drops suddenly alongside a warning or repeated disconnection, preserve that event separately from an ordinary gradual reduction. Contact the charging operator for station-side errors and AXION for a vehicle-related enquiry. Do not infer battery replacement from a low charging figure alone.
