An app notification, the charging station display and the car’s battery display can describe different parts of a session. Capture all three where possible. “Complete” may need interpretation against the configured target and the actual energy delivered.
Build a short timeline
Record when the cable was connected, when charging began, when the notification arrived and when you checked the car. Include the intended limit and whether the vehicle remained plugged in. Avoid treating a delayed notification as proof of a charging-system fault.
Keep software and electrical evidence separate
Note whether the app is the vehicle manufacturer’s app, the charging operator’s app or a tariff-control service. A disagreement between displays deserves clarification, while a vehicle warning needs its own diagnostic evidence. Preserve screenshots without posting account details publicly.
If the problem repeats, ask the provider to investigate its session record and send AXION the vehicle symptoms. Include whether the car actually gained usable charge. This distinction helps determine whether the next step is account or charger support, a settings review or an automotive electrical assessment.
