An incorrect outside-temperature indication can be relevant to climate behaviour, but the display value must first be understood. Recent parking, heat exposure and update behaviour can affect what an owner observes.
Record the discrepancy carefully
Note actual conditions, the displayed value and whether it changes during ordinary use. Include front-bumper work, sensor replacement or collision repair. Keep units visible in any screenshot so a setting difference is not mistaken for a sensor fault.
The workshop should compare the relevant sensor information and display behaviour using the correct procedure. Do not replace the climate module solely because it reacts to a suspicious temperature value. Explain whether the fault is constant or tied to a particular operating condition and preserve any associated diagnostic record.
