Cooling that improves as the vehicle moves needs both thermal and control assessment. The symptom alone does not identify a compressor, fan or climate ECU as defective.
Report the operating difference
Record outside temperature, time at idle and whether engine temperature or fan behaviour changes. Include recent refrigerant work and what was actually measured. A pressure reading without conditions is difficult to interpret.
Do not vent refrigerant, bridge pressure controls or reach near an electric fan to test it. Qualified air-conditioning assessment should use the correct equipment and vehicle procedure. If overheating or serious warnings occur, stop as instructed. Give the workshop the stationary and moving behaviour separately so its checks reproduce the complaint rather than only confirming cold air during a brief drive.
