A suspected roof-drain leak needs proper confirmation. Water appearing near a pillar or footwell can follow a route that is not obvious from the visible wet patch.
Keep leak and fault records together
Note rain conditions, vehicle angle and recent roof work. Photograph accessible evidence without dismantling airbag trim. Do not force wire or high-pressure air through drains using an assumed universal method.
The repairer should identify the entry path and any affected electrical connections. Clearing a drain does not automatically repair corrosion or restore a compromised module. Ask for the leak repair and electrical verification to be documented separately so any remaining symptom can be investigated without losing the original exposure history.
