Cabin comfort and battery temperature management may share some equipment or use different paths. A warm cabin therefore does not prove that every battery-conditioning function is available.
Keep the two requests separate
Record the vehicle’s indication for each function, settings and operating conditions. Include recent thermal-system or software work. Do not infer the circuit layout solely from the fact that both functions involve heat.
A specialist should use vehicle-specific information to assess the actual request and response. If the complaint concerns slow charging, provide the charging record as well. The useful question is which function was requested and not delivered, rather than whether the heater generally works.
