Identify both displays and the exact messages. A disagreement between screens needs context, especially after instrument or software work. The restraint system’s actual diagnostic record matters more than choosing the screen that shows no warning.

Before arranging work
An SRS warning deserves qualified assessment. Do not probe deployment circuits, fit bypass devices or suppress the lamp. A controller operation alone cannot establish the condition of belts, airbags, sensors and wiring elsewhere on the vehicle.
