A continuous parking warning needs the affected area and conditions recorded. Note whether the display identifies one position or the whole system. Check the handbook for ordinary cleaning and operating guidance, without removing sensors or changing their mounting.
Include the installation history
Mention bumper repair, paintwork, accessories and impact damage. Record whether the fault occurs in particular weather or immediately whenever the system activates. A false warning after repair provides context, but it does not prove that the last sensor fitted is defective.
Separate detection from communication
The workshop should read the full system report and compare the displayed obstacle information with the installed equipment. A sensor that communicates may still need physical assessment, while a communication fault requires its own circuit investigation. Do not rely on sound alone to identify a failed component.
