Several short overnight sessions can be difficult to interpret from the final battery percentage alone. Save the session history, including start and stop times, rather than simply reporting that charging was slow. The pattern may help distinguish a control schedule from repeated interruption.
Compare the control settings
Record schedules set in the vehicle, wallbox and any energy-management app. If more than one service controls charging, identify each one. Check their documented behaviour rather than assuming that several enabled schedules work together as intended.
Note what accompanies each restart
Were errors recorded, did a protective device trip, or did the app describe planned charging? Was the vehicle’s target reached? A charging operator or installer may have a useful log that is not shown in the customer app. Ask for it before resetting equipment or deleting history.
If the vehicle stores warnings, preserve its full scan report for AXION. Include a representative night’s log and the charging hardware details. The proposed assessment should explain which side of the system is being investigated; repeated starts alone do not identify a failed onboard module.
