A warning after front-end work needs a record of what was changed, not just a request to erase the message. Include headlamp, sensor, suspension and body repairs that formed part of the job. The timing suggests context to investigate, not proof that the last part fitted is defective.
Identify the remaining symptoms
Does the lamp illuminate normally, aim incorrectly or fail to move as expected? Record the exact warning and full scan report. Note part numbers and equipment versions for replacement lamps or controllers. Visually similar assemblies may not have identical functions.
Establish the completion procedure
The vehicle’s repair information determines any required setup, adjustment or calibration. Coding and physical aiming are different operations; one should not be assumed to replace the other. Ask the repairer which procedures were completed and retain their results.
Contact AXION to discuss supported electronic diagnosis or configuration. Mechanical alignment and lighting checks may need to be coordinated with the original repairer. Do not drive with lighting that dazzles other road users or fails to illuminate adequately. A cleared warning without the applicable completion checks is not a complete repair record.
