An unexplained coolant-level loss needs an appropriate inspection even when no puddle is visible. The absence of external evidence does not establish that the system is sound or that a level sensor is wrong.
Keep the trend
Record dates, warnings and any permitted checks performed according to the manual. Do not repeatedly top up unknown circuits or mix fluids. Include recent battery, heater or cooling work.
If the vehicle displays overheating or high-voltage warnings, follow its instructions and arrange specialist assessment. Tell the provider that it is an EV or hybrid and describe the loss. A module enquiry should not replace a whole-system investigation when the underlying concern is unexplained fluid loss and its possible effects.
