A head-up display has an intended viewing area, so seat position and ordinary display adjustments matter. A visibility complaint should be separated from a display that never projects or shows distorted information.
Check normal adjustments
Record brightness, height settings and whether the problem began after windscreen replacement. Include use of polarised eyewear and compare safely while parked. The vehicle manual should explain expected adjustment limits.
If normal settings do not restore a usable view, ask the workshop or glass installer to assess the equipment and installation. Do not reposition internal optics or alter trim. Photographs can be difficult to interpret without the viewing position, so describe that context. A narrow viewing issue alone does not prove the electronics module is defective.
