Tell us about the problem
Include the make, model, year, exact variant, full fault codes, symptoms and previous work. Add a diagnostic report and a readable module label if already safely available. Tell us whether you are an owner or a garage and whether you need a vehicle appointment or a postal module assessment.
Do not remove high-voltage components or restraint devices just to identify them. Do not send traction batteries or pyrotechnic parts as ordinary parcels. Follow the vehicle warnings and arrange appropriate recovery where required.

About these guides
The guides link to manufacturer information and published technical references so you can check the details. Read the instructions for your exact vehicle. A bulletin from another country does not confirm UK recall or warranty cover. For help with your own car, send us the symptoms and any report you already have.
