Safety and manufacturer information
HSE explains the additional risks of electric and hybrid vehicle work and the need for appropriate competence and vehicle-specific information. Read the HSE electric and hybrid vehicle guidance.
Manufacturer collision instructions take priority over a generic reset claim. For example, the 2024 and later Tesla Model 3 SRS inspection and replacement instructions specify components to inspect and replace following a collision. That example must not be applied as instructions for another vehicle. Use the current procedure for the exact model and event.
